Rebecca Shanahan

As the Director of Client Experience, Rebecca is continuously improving processes and skill sets within the firm from a client-first perspective ensuring all client and prospect interactions are delivered with the highest level of quality and professionalism. She has the unique ability to consider the client’s perspective in every aspect of the business with the objective of creating consistently positive experiences for our clients.

Prior to joining Overland & Shanahan, Rebecca was a Senior Manager at Charles Schwab where she produced and managed world-class client events nationwide. She has a passion and talent for creating and delivering meaningful experiences both professionally and personally.

Outside of work Rebecca enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking and spending time with their dog. She is a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and supports numerous other charitable organizations such as Scripps Hospital, Rancho Coastal Humane Society, and the Arthritis Foundation.
